Shipping Information

  • Cowhide Rugs:
    - Free shipping across the USA and Canada.
    - Orders ship within 2 business days, with delivery within 1 to 6 business days.
    - You will receive the exact cowhide rug displayed in the listing. If unavailable, we will contact you for a refund or selection of another item.
  • Cowhide Bags:
    - Free worldwide shipping on most items.
    - Custom-made items require 5 to 9 business days for production and an additional 1 to 4 business days for delivery.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    - Next-business-day delivery available in the USA and Canada upon request. Please email us at hani@decorhut.ca.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Decor Hut, we take pride in offering high-quality products and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.

General Return Policy

  • Notification Period:
    Cowhide Rugs: Notify us within 5 days of receipt.
    - Cowhide Bags: Notify us within 2 to 3 business days of receipt (custom-made items).
  • Condition of Returns:
    - Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging (where applicable).
  • Custom Items:
    - Cowhide bags are custom-made and may have slight variations from the listing images. If there is any issue on our end, we will accommodate returns or exchanges.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at hani@decorhut.ca to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Ship the item back within 2 to 5 business days after notifying us. Provide a tracking number once shipped.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

Exchanges

If the color, size, or other product details do not meet your expectations, please email us for an exchange. After confirmation, return the item in its original condition. Once received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to our error.
  • For any extended decision time (e.g., due to travel), notify us by email for accommodations.
