Return and exchange policy:
Cowhide Rugs: It is very easy to exchange or return when shopping with us . If the rug does not work in your space, send us an email within seven to ten business days of receiving it and we will start the refund or exchange process right away. Just make sure the cowhide is in the original condition. You can either exchange it with any other similar rug or receive a full refund.
Cowhide Bags: All our cowhide purses and accessories are made to order and the bag you will receive will be similar to the one shown in the picture. If for any reason there is an issue, please send us an email and we will start the exchange or refund process.
